Governor Visits CRG to Promote the Ohio 3rd Frontier Internship
Program
 Governor
Bob Taft visited and spoke at CRG on September 13 to promote
the success of the Ohio 3rd Frontier Program. The 3rd Frontier
project is the state's largest-ever commitment to expand Ohio's
high-tech research capabilities and to promote innovation
and company formation leading to new high-paying jobs for
the state. CRG has benefited from the program's reimbursement
for student interns in science and engineering fields.
According to Governor Taft, "Cornerstone
is a great example of the dynamic companies that are creating
good jobs in our state, and a company that has already identified
the benefits of creating meaningful internships for talented
Ohio college students."
The Governor toured the facility
and spoke with current interns in the program and former interns
who have been hired full-time with the company. Local political
representatives were also in attendance to support the program.
