Invited to Serve on Board for Proposed Ohio Third Frontier
Research Center
Ernie Havens, Chief Engineer at CRG,
was invited to serve as a member of the Board of Advisors
for the proposed Ohio Center for Multifunctional Polymer Nanomaterials
and Devices (CMPND). As part of the Ohio New Frontier Initiative,
the state will be providing funding for this new partnership
of universities, industry, and national labs in  Ohio.
Emphasis will be on polymer nanotechnology for structural,
photonic and biomedical applications. The Board of Advisors
will provide management oversight, strategic planning advice,
industry networking, and business expertise. (9-17-2004)
