The AK100 4" interferometer provides non-contact
measurement of flat and spherical surfaces and transmitted
wavefront measurement of optical components and assemblies.
Measurements can be made using simple visual fringe inspection,
static fringe analysis, and phase-modulated interferogram
analysis.
